NYC ‘Legendary’ Party to Pay Tribute to Late, Great Music Icons

In today’s accelerated popular culture landscape and social media driven lifestyle, it is hard to tell what will stand the test of time, and ascend to a level we will call “legendary.”

There are artists who come along and change the game, for sure, but many are soon forgotten, as others quickly fill the space and re-innovate, evoking the next momentary flash of stardom.

On April 14th, New York entertainment powerhouses will combine to pay tribute to three artists who have long personified the term ‘legendary,’ and who were made even more iconic by their deaths.

Michael. Prince. Biggie. Music powerhouses who changed genres and changed lives.

Join The VS, The TNTH, Move Forward Music & Produced By Dev as they present a new entertainment experience, “LEGENDARY: In Memory of our Late, Great Musicians.”

With world-class DJs and high-powered industry personalities hosting, LEGENDARY will immerse partygoers in a whirlwind of nostalgic euphoria throughout the night, as music and memories swirl together, triggering dopamine-fueled escapism.

DJ Lindsey & DJ Tara set the night off, paying homage to the late, great Prince, while Jamilah Lemieux and Maiya Norton hold down hosting duties.

Next up, Timmhotep and Mary Pryor host while music inspired by the undisputed King of Pop is spun by turntable technicians Cosmo Baker and Boogie Blind.

Topping off the legendary event, none other than DJ Mister Cee and Lil’ Cease spin a momentous tribute inspired by The Notorious B.I.G., while media giants Combat Jack and Kazeem Famuyide keep the energy high on the mic.

Add in complimentary drinks courtesy of Tito’s Handmade Vodka, and the good feeling from knowing that 10% of all proceeds from the evening’s festivities will be donated to the ACLU…
