Though Sha Stimuli moved from the New York area, the former-Brooklynite still is viewed as a NY MC. His string of mixtape releases (including a once-a-month-for-a-year streak), one of which, The Break Up Part 2: The Proposal, we featured very favorably, and freestlye cipher appearances have gained Sha Stimuli a strong following. The former Unsigned Hype continues to push the envelope when it comes to concept-based songs, mixtapes and albums with clever and often introspective lyrics.
