The BBAS crew continues to drop gems, both collectively and individually, and DJ Brace’s remix to “Got It All” was already high on our list of joints-we-really-liked from their recent extensive double CD Brown Bag Season Vol. 1, previously named one of our 10 New York Albums, Mixtapes and EPs Worth Hearing [April 2011]. This track, the lyrics, the vibe and the camaraderie expressed in “Got It All,” represent much of what is good about current New York hip hop.
