Normally, I pride myself in taking the time to give several paragraphs of intro and background when I post up something. Also, I often save videos for a cumulative post, like our “10 Must See Videos by New York Hip Hop Artists.”
Well, we’ve written up KON before, so check that out if you want some background, and this really couldn’t wait for the next “10 videos” installment.
For now, KON’s video for “Victory Lap,” directed by Jason Ortiz of GroundGlass Motion Picture Company needs no verbal fluff. It is simply a must-see, and as as worthy a reason to pay attention to the talent bubbling in the New York hip hop underground as we have ever brought you.
