Audible Doctor ‘Stayin’ Busy’ (Remix) Ft. Silent Knight, KON, Rasheed Chappell, YC The Cynic, & Soul Khan

We love when a track drops that contains several talented artists who we have profiled in the past, and the Audible Doctor’s “Stayin’ Busy” remix is one of those gems. We previously brought you Silent Knight’s original, which has now been smacked, flipped and rubbed down with appearances by some of our favorite NY underground rhymesayers.

The “Stayin’ Busy” remix will be on You Should Buy Music Not Make It, the forthcoming EP from Brown Bag AllStars affiliate Audible Doctor, due out later this year. The original will appear on Silent Knight’s Busy Is My Best Friend, slated for a near-future release.

The remix features KON, Rasheed Chappell, Soul Khan and “5 Reasons Why New York Hip Hop Doesn’t Suck” recipient YC The Cynic.

Both Brown Bag AllStars and Soul Khan made our June 2011 “New York Hip Hop Albums/Mixtapes/EPs Worth Hearing,” while KON’s latest project Like It Or Love It could have easily made that list as well. Rasheed Chappell recently celebrated the release of his Future Before Nostalgia, a project we’re eager to sink our teeth into.
