Vado + Movado = M.O.V.A.D.O. [New Music]

Slime Flu spreader Vado joins his near-namesake Movado on a soulful, bass-heavy, DJ Pain-produced track, perfectly punctuated by reggae crooner Movado’s equally smooth vocals. Either of these dudes doing what they’re doing on this track would have been fine by themselves, together, even better.

Vado’s been making a name for himself this year, culminating with the release of his mixtape-turned-album Slime Flu back in October. We last caught the Cam’ron protege rocking on stage at the NY-heavy Funkmaster Flex concert at B.B. King’s in early Novemeber, where several other NY-area upstarts, including Fred The Godson and Reek Da Villian.

Reek is celebrating the success of his “Mechanics” single, with Busta Rhymes and Swizz Beatz [“Mechanics” – Video],  while Fred The Godson just dropped an anticipated mixtape Armageddon [Mixtape – Armageddon].
