Raekwon – Heart of Fire (Off Kay Slay’s “Long Live The King” Mixtape)

Here are two things we didn’t realize were happening. 1) DJ Kay Slay has a new mixtape out, Long Live The King, and 2) there are already some hot joints floating around, a couple that we’re posting up, that suggest it could be a banger. Featuring hip hop street heavyweights like Maino, Red Cafe, Camron, Vado , the NY-heavy tracklist suggests this could be a good listen.

We already profiled the Lloyd Banks/Kanye West/Fabolous/Swizz Beatz/Ryan Leslie song “Start It Up,” the Fred The Godson track “Too Fat,” the Jadakiss/Styles P remix to “So Appalled,” and we have our hands on the new Redman joint “Tiger Style,” which is pretty hot as well.

And now this. Though this one got Kay Slay tagging it up, “Heart of Fire” has Raekwon waxing smooth over the Earth, Wind & Fire “That’s The Way Of The World”. It’s not a full song, but Raekwon fans will not be disappointed.
