Cee-Lo ft. Joell Ortiz – F-ck You (Remix) and Ted Smooth’s Remix of the Remix

Update, Ted Smooth remixes the Joell Ortiz remix of Cee-Lo’s “Fuck You” that 50 Cent had remixed.

Joell Ortiz, one of our inaugural “5 Reasons Why NY Hip Hop Doesn’t Suck,” has been on quite a tear this year, setting up for the long-awaited release of his Free Agent. We don’t have stats to back this up, but it certainly feels like nobody has put out more quickie remixes, remakes, mixtapes, EPs, songs and videos in ’10 than Brooklyn’s Joell Ortiz.

We’d go so far as to say if anyone is, nobody is doing it as consistently hot as he is.

Off the heels of Farewell Summer, his 6-track EP released on September 10, which includes the ridiculous “Battle Cry,” Joell Ortiz jumps on “Fuck You,” the stratospheric hit dropped by Cee-Lo. While earlier, 50 Cent did his thing to the track, it’s always good to hear Mr. Yaowa tear up someone else’s track.

Once again, Joell Ortiz doesn’t let us down.
