While the Joel Schumacher film Twelve may be getting mixed buzz after the Sundance Film Festival, the trailer for the film, starring 50 Cent, Chace Crawford and Emma Roberts, has actually NOT been released.
What HAS been circulating the internet, according to Examiner.com, by way of the films distributor, Hannover House, is not the trailer, and they say they do not know where it came from. Say they, “The film’s distributor Hannover House recently reached out to let me know that the video circulating the net is NOT the official trailer for the film. It was not released by Hannover, nor do they know where it came from.” (see!)
The film, based on a book by Nick McDonell, is about a drug dealer who apparently has his fantastic drug dealing life turned upside down when something bad happens. (Or something. We’re not sure.) What we DO know is that blogs and websites are being asked to take down the fake trailer, so we won’t put it up in the first place.
What YOU should do instead, is check out the rest of BirthplaceMag.com for some hot NY hip hop you may not be up on, and leave the Hollywood gossip for other sites.
Or, if you MUST know more about this movie, 50 Cent talks to MTV about his role. Sort of.
