11 Things You Should Know About Eleven

We met Eleven at a Media Fusion Panel organized by the Elegant Hoodness Musical Program, representing his www.rapdreamsradio.com, a social media music site on the Ning network. But Eleven also has been getting down on the mic, and behind the boards, for some time, and has very recently released his single “Talk My Shit” through Def Beat Entertainment, the MDI-distributed label headed by rap veteran Dana Dane.

We liked “Talk My Shit” so we wanted to find out a bit more. Here’s some of the “official particulars”:

After making his rounds through the mix tapes circuit as a host, producer or featured artist with the likes of Whoo Kid, Babs, Ron G, Max Heat, Nipsey Hussle, 50 Mics to name a few, Eleven is ready to release his debut album Respect b4 Fame, under the guidance of Dana Dane’s Def Beat Entertainment multi-media company.  Eleven’s debut single, Talk My Shit”, is presently available for purchase as a digital download.  When asked how he came up with the title for his CD, Respect B4 Fame, Eleven says, “I have learned to stay grounded because I understand that once the fame is gone, all I’ll have is my respect.

Though many try to compare him to Biggie because of his witty flow and girth, Eleven likens him self to KRS-1.  He knows the struggle the teacher faced being homeless and pursuing his dream and he will not rest until he’s reached his goal. Eleven believes his objective is in reach of being realized as he will soon go from homeless to household name.

So, we spoke to Eleven, just to get a handle on what done in the past, and what he’s working on for the future. From all he’s been through, to what he’s working on, seems like he has pretty good reasons to talk his shit.
